Michelle was born and raised in the GTA; however has called the Hamilton region home now for over 20 years. Raising her beautiful children and starting multiple successful family businesses has contributed to this region holding a very special place in her heart. Family has always been at the forefront of her decisions both professionally and personally and she believes that mindset crosses over into her real estate world. Every decision she makes is made with the same consideration she would want for her family.
She has always had an affinity for anything home related, from design and decor to trends in the market. She loves giving back to a community that has given her so much and she wants to share that with all of you.

Erin Pitt is a multi-talented actor, producer, director, and the creative director and tech expert for Sandstone Realty Group. Born and raised in Hamilton, she discovered her passion for acting early and pursued it through a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production at York University. Erin founded her own production company, working on various short and feature films in roles such as director, assistant director, casting director, and script supervisor.
At Sandstone Realty Group, Erin oversees all creative aspects of the business. She develops innovative marketing strategies, enhances the company's digital presence, and ensures the use of cutting-edge technology in all operations. In addition to her creative duties, Erin provides technical support and organizes company events, contributing significantly to the company’s success and community engagement.
Erin also volunteers with the Canadian Critical Incident Stress Foundation's Camp FACES, supporting first responders and their families. Whether she’s working on a film project or driving creative and technological advancements at Sandstone Realty Group, Erin’s dedication and unique vision make a profound impact. Her multifaceted role and commitment to excellence are invaluable assets to both her film career and the real estate industry.
Erika Ott is a dynamic individual known for her dedication, attention to detail, and creativity. With a background in psychology from York University, Erika brings analytical skills and a deep understanding of human behavior to her work.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Erika has excelled in other domains. As a former high-level dancer and a burgeoning talent in the film industry, she brings discipline, grace, and artistic flair to everything she does.
